The Problem with Traditional Journaling
Don't get me wrong-I love a good leather-bound journal. But sometimes writing things down isn't enough. Sometimes you need closure. You need to physically, symbolically let it go.
That's why I created The Digital Burn Book.
How It Works
It's beautifully simple:
Open your digital journal (it's a PDF, so use it on your tablet, phone, or computer)
